Default Microsoft Security Bulletin MS02-050

Is this the one where someone might be able to get your Credit Card Information and other Personnel Information off of your system?

Does anyone know if this is included in the Windows XP SP1 release?

I have installed the SP1 release and have gone to the Windows Update page but do not see any new updates available.

Default Q327405: Recommended Update (Windows XP Home & SP1)
After installing SP1 and going to Windows Update after 1PM PST, there is now a Recommended Update for Windows XP Home with SP1 installed.
