disabling

is there way for me to not allow someone on my pc to run a certain program? i dont want my brother playing grand theft auto 3... wondering if i could make it not allow him to let it run

i think there's an option somewhere in control panel>admin tools >local sec policy> software restriction policies. there u can disable some stuff. be carefull with what and where u disable though or u could be not able to get into windows. and it's better to let some one else becides u to use limited account.
