Default startup apps...

i clicked start, run, msconifg, went to the startuo tab, i seen these programs which i dont know about, could they be viruses or somthing???
i got

winampa
NvCpl
nwiz
ccApp
ccRegVfy
msmsgs
aim
ZoneAlarm Pro


there are some wierd names in there, are they viruses or somthing that can harm my xp?????????

ZoneAlarm Pro = your firewall
msmsgs = windows messenger
winampa = winamp
aim = AOL instant messenger
NvCpl = Nvidia drivers
nwiz = Nvidia drivers
ccRegVfy = Norton

I think "winampa" is the Winamp Agent which makes sure your files keep associated with Winamp.
Easy to turn off in the preferences

The two Nvidia entries are not the drivers but utilities you don't need in the startup.
