Are MSN Groups improving with MSN8 ?

I like MSN groups as an alternative to Yahoo Groups. They are more sexy and they have a multiple messageboard facility. But the multiple messageboard facility is half-baked and could be better. Is MSN groups due to be improved as part of MSN 8 ? If so what changes are being made ?

don't know have really heard what is being improved with MSN 8. The only thing I do know is that have done a far amount of upgrading to the MSN Messenger version 5 is outta of MSN 8 I believe

Rumour is that they're charging for alot of MSN8 function. They might start charging for MSN group too.

I personally wouldn't mind paying a bit of money as a MSN group administrator as long as the functionality was significantly better but charging MSN group members would be a disaster.

MSN Groups are changing and it is in beta right now...check it out at:
http://next.groups.moonport.com

as you see they are not complete yet, they are still working on it.....more to come later with the release of MSN 8 on October 24th.
