Any ideas on how to solve this one ? My network connections have disappeared from the network connections folder and any new ones I create in the current session disappear the next time I boot up. My internet connection still works, except that the icon in the taskbar no longer is available and I am unable to create a new one with the same name (as XP tells me it still exists !) Same story with my local network connection. Really annoying as unless the Auto Disconnect box appears, I cannot manually disconnect the line
