If I am getting you right. The programs have become too much for the screen. Either making a second row or making you scroll. What I did was group programs in folders for the program menu like games, sound, etc. Just make the folders in the program menu. Then moved things into them like Audio Catalyst and winamp and such in the "sounds" folder. Divx and such in a "video" folder.
