Angry All Programs menu on the Start Menu

Recently the All Programs menu increased size after a software installation. Can anyone suggest a way to restore it to its' original size. I have tried customizing the start menu, Tweak XP, Powertoys and System Restore. Thanks in advance.

If I am getting you right. The programs have become too much for the screen. Either making a second row or making you scroll. What I did was group programs in folders for the program menu like games, sound, etc. Just make the folders in the program menu. Then moved things into them like Audio Catalyst and winamp and such in the "sounds" folder. Divx and such in a "video" folder.
