Default System Restore??
I got a trojan the other day and I found it and deleted it. Since then my mail has been screwed up and all my programs usually end up not responding. I tried to do a system restore before the date of the trojan. I have tried several different dates but everytime that windows reboots it says that the restore can not be completed. Does anyone have an idea of the problem??

you could try and do i repair using the cd.. it might help. or just remove the microsoft updates. b4 you try a restore.

The only way I know to get system retore to work again will not solve your problems. When & if you sort your troubles out turn off system restore & reboot. This will delete all restore points. Then turn system restore back on & from there it should work again.
