Default Faxing
Sorry for being off-topic, but is it possible to send a fax without my modem having fax capabilities.
If so, what is the best software for doing this?

If your modem doesn't have fax capabilities, you will not be able to fax by directly dialing a number. However, you can do internet based faxing. http://www.tpc.inc
