Email notification

Even though I've turned off email notification in my profile, I still get the email notifications. Usually this doesn't bother me but soon I may only have intermittant internet access and since I have a lovely hotmail account, I don't want it to fill up with messages. Any idea on what I could do?

Hmm, you sure your not subscribed to these threads?
That may overide the user preference.

the only way I can get threads to show up in user cp is to subscribe to them manually....
