Default Wireless Security

Can anyone tell me what the differences are between WPA and WEP securities for wireless routers/access points?

Which is a better option to take for a home wireless network?

Checkout: http://www.drizzle.com/~aboba/IEEE/

It will detail the flaws with WEP that brought about WPA.

For a home user WEP is fine, the chance someone is sniffing and cracking your traffic is very low however if you can choose between the two choose WPA.

Also http://www.iss.net/wireless/WLAN_FAQ.php is a good FAQ.
