Default BSOD when installing AR Ramdisk

I tried numerous times to install AR's ramdisk with no luck. Everything goes fine until XP starts to copy over the driver files and then BSOD. Says something like illegal page fault ...any suggestions....thanks in advance

I'm not sure what to suggest. I used it for awhile and then abandoned it because it was quirky. I've got the SuperSpeed XP Pro Ramdisk... no comparison as far as reliability and ease of use, but it's not free.
