Default If I have a router with NAT firewall, do I need Zonealarm or any other firewall?

Some People still recomend having individual firewalls on each computer.
I run a gateway and don't.

Yea I downloded ZoneAlarm and some upgrades for Xp from Microsoft. After I did that it wouldnt let me into msn or connect to the zone. So I used System Restore and think I'll just leave it allone for now.

Personal firewalls, such as Norton Internet Security and ZoneAlarm block the transmission of personal data (such as cookies and refers). So I recommend having both.
