router is the only option for you from what you are saying, the router will connect directly to the modem and then to the two comps individually. the router keeps your connection alive.

i've checked for some routers online and i found this one
http://www.linksys.com/products/prod...prid=20&grid=5 i looked at some sites and it's price is $90 US. will this work fine? |
