Default Adding folder to start menu

I've seen things around and think it can be done, but when I searched I couldn't find anything specific, I've seen the post on adding a weblink to the start menu, but I want to replace "My Music" with "My Downloads" any ideas? TIA

I know this isn't exactly what your looking for but it can be a half-way house until someone solves your problem properly:-

ClickMe

P.S.
Remember it doesn't have to be Regedit, it can be whatever folder or programme you like.
