Has any one had this problem or an idea how to rectify. I have a little knowledge but am stumped on how to fix it other than reformatting at fat32. Regards Dave |

In some instances you have the option to run a programme in "Compatability Mode". The way you do this is to right click on the app (in your case it would be the setup programme) and select 'Properties', in this dialog select 'Compatabitlity' and here you have the option to run it in 95 / 98 / Me compatability mode.
