Post Adding "Send To" Locations

1. Open Windows Explorer

2. Find the drive where Windows XP is installed

3. Open the "Documents & Settings" folder

4. Open the folder of the user whose "Send To" menu will be modified

5. Open the "Send To" folder

6. Right click the Program Icon you want to add, drag it on the "Send To" folder and click "Create Shortcuts Here"

But WinRAR can be configured to give that option via a right click context menu.
