Default How can I get rid of old Office installation without the install CD?

I recently had to install Word and Excel 97 (English) on my computer since I did some freelance work for a company which required me to have those two programs installed. I installed the programs at home using their CD. When I try do an uninstall now, XP asks me to insert the installation CD which I've already returned. Is there any way to get rid of it without having to travel across town to get the disc? – Preferably without losing my Office 2k (Swedish) which is on the same comp.

– Only Ms programs (ASAIK) needs to have the CD for uninstallation...
