Default Safely Remove Hardware icon in tray

After I attached a USB midi device to my computer, I always have this icon in my tray to safely remove the hardware. i dont see any options to disable it, can anyone give me some help?

As long as you have that device attached I don't believe you can..the reason the icon is there is because the midi device can cause a crash if your accessing it and you pull the plug, hence the remove hardware prompt

just set it to always hide under notifications
