Smile CD cutting Software

Anyone know of any decent cd 'cutting' software? I'm after cutting tracks from cd's (Just to ontain a portion of a record) like without any lyrics for example.
If anyone knows of any software that I can download even demo's I would be very grateful

Cheers!

you can get software to 'Rip' tracks from CD from places like cnet and things like that.
The best thing, if you dont have a SoundBlaster Card is to get MusicMatch Jukebox, there are currently two versions out one is Basic and free, the other is Plus and $19, I think.
You can get them fromMusicMatch.
Also Windows Media Player will rip CD tracks to WMA format, but if you prefer the MP3 format then you need Jukebox or something like it.
Once you have the MP3's you can then use Nero Buring ROM to burn them back as a CD, but you need to use a filter on the tracks to change them to Karoke, which should strip the lyrics. I have never tried this so I am not sure if it will work. You could also try browsing through the CNet download site for karoke convertors.

Hope this is what you needed.
