2.0 is the latest official release.
2.1 is still in alpha stage and as such is not feature complete yet. |

It is a built in feature that throttles your bandwith so the isps don't have to. You can disable it. But it is still something that I do not like ...

I don't think you fully understand what this is about as maybe your info came from sources that did not have the correct information.
Here: Testing µTP – is µTP actually faster than regular BitTorrent? BitTorrent Blog Like I said before, so far all my torrents have been as fast or faster then I was getting without µTP. |

I looked and think I might have got it confused with the bandwidth throttling. I enabled it and am testing it out.

I enabled it and my speed went up. If they would make this like DHP with just utorrent users, it would be awesome .. Well, only utorrent users can use it, but if they would it like DHP; it would be even more cool ...

Also 2.x is, and may remain, banned on some private trackers as uTP isn't working just the way it should. Just and FYI before you upgrade. |

Here is how to enable it and disable it. And it doesn't come on by default; at least it wasn't with mine, as I had to turn it on.

^^ The link I posted above says that 255 is is both .. Either way, I put mine to 255 and it turned it on. 15 on mine didn't have it on.

From what I could find it appears that 15 and 255 are basically the same.
I guess use whatever works for you.
