can any body tell me the best registry error cleaning software without having any effect on the functionality of your system

You don't need them though. They do nothing of any consequence to your pc.

ccleaner. But be careful, and make sure you back up the registry before cleaning it. Reg cleaners will cause more harm than good..

Ccleaner has been great to me, always have backed and and never had to restore : )

I agree, ccleaner is a great program. I have never had to restore one of my registry cleans I did either. But, you never know when you will need that "one" ...

I use CCleaner and the good old Regcleaner.

I trust Regcleaner more than CCleaner.

What I like about Regcleaner is I can set it so entries are marked new until I manually mark the entries old. This way you can keep tabs on new entries into the registry (like when installing software).

I used to use regcleaner all the time. When I switched to ccleaner I quit using it. Although the thing with regcleaner I really liked was the search function in it ..
