I Googled, found a trick, but it didn't work for me. Maybe it'll work for you.

EPK,

Goto appearance and you can click, skin, panels, buttons and toolbars and just customizxer it the way you want. Or you can right-click on any empty space and click customize.

i was just saying, since its kinda "standard" to have the tabs below the address bar it would be nice to have a faster way of switching it

that's alot of work to get the browser to recognize favicons, I wonder why opera hasn't created an "import favicon" feature
