I am administrator, I do not know how to get rid of this file. Deleting in safe mode does not work. MoveOnBoot doesn't work. I don't know what it is or what else to do! |

Have you tried checking your drive for errors?
File corruption can cause this issue. Could try Unlocker then delete the file. |
