Syncback SE has always worked for me. There is also a paid version.

just found that they have released synctoy for windows 7 and am trying that but will look at the one you suggest also

Puresync is free.. works with Windows 7 and should do what you want.

I used to use SyncBack SE and I would consider it again if I had a need for it. I also noticed about SyncToy and would of course try that first to see if it would be sufficient. I'll have to take a look at that free one mentioned, too.
