Default I have a problem with a program...

My professor gave me an assignement to make a program for adding a number with moving decimal point. The number should be inputed in decimal format, then transformed into binary and then added to the other number(s). If someone can make this program please post here.

Thnx in advance...

HI Ace.

couple of things..

first: welcome to the forum

second: you never mention what language you are using (c++, Java, Scheme?)

third: while someone here may write it for you, in general, we're usually not here to do your work/homework for you. We will usually try to help you and point you in the right direction.. but usually shy away from writing your whole program for you.

Thnx for the welcome note and the language is not important either in JAVA or c++, and about the whole program the thing is that i dont understand it thats why i havent started it yet. The code should not be so long i think.
