I can't give you an exact application to use, but I bet you could findsomething on Source Forge. Free of course. http://www.sourceforge.net/

afaik oXygenXML is the most powerful, but its pricey and Java based

Altova make a free version of XMLSpy® 2005 Home Edition found here You have to fill out a form and receive a key but that will open the software. |
