Since Think Secret decided to get the Tiger rumour-mill churning once again, many people have both welcomed and been sceptical about the news that Apple will unleash the new version of their operating system, 10.4 Tiger, on April 15th.
Today eWeek have added their contribution to attempt confirmation of the release date.
Sources told eWEEK.com that Apple plans to make copies of Tiger available in its own retail stores as well as through independent dealers by April 15, with the official announcement of the product coming earlier in the month.
Naturally there is no official word from Apple regarding the matter, and likely won't be until the product is publicly announced, which according to rumours, should be April 1st.
We shall have to wait and see if the rumours are true, or just an extremely early April fools joke.
