XP Theme Manager?

I wanted to know if there existed a theme manager other than Style XP 4.2 for XP? It seems that Styles is teh only one to be able to toggle them correctly. I dont want to use WinBlinds. Is their sometnhing along the lines of Desktop Architect for XP like their was for 9X? please leave replies...
