When I want to shut down my laptop its rebooting again :(

I have already disabled the autorestart and I get now this message when shutting down:

Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

*** STOP: 0x000000D1

*** kbdclass.sys - adress FBC5A945 base at FBC5A000, Datestamp 3b7d82f3

I think there's a driver problem.....

Compaq Presario 1246
Win XP
Office XP
Adobe Acrobat 5.0
Adobe Photoshop 7.0

Can somebody help me?

Greetz, Johnny

They said theyll fix that problem in sp1 so if its really bothering you you can download the beta or wait till the final release comes out..

you might also try rolling back the drivers if you can

What is rolling back?

Go to the device manager and click on the keyboard/mouse and go to driver then press roll back driver... it might not work though

I did the up dates and still I have this error

Perhaps I can try to delete the keybord and mouse driver from the device manager and let win xp install it back when rebooting.... What do You think

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
