XP Nvidia driver problems

I am having the same problem as reflected on another thread. I have an ECS K7SEM motherboard and an NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420 and every time I power down my PC and reboot I lose my driver. I cannot figure out the fix for this. I un unstalled all drivers and reinstalled several different Nvidia drivers and nothing seems to help. I have installed the new drivers various different ways. I have installed straight from the ZIP and installed using the update driver button and neither fixes it. The problem only appears after I remove power completely (remove AC cord or shutdown overnight) from the PC.

Any more ideas b/c the idea in the other thread failed me.

Have you loaded the mobo drivers as my sons computer had a similar problem where you would have to load the drivers every time he rebooted for something ...cant remember what it was but after loading the mobo drivers it fixed the problem.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
