I was wondering if it was possible to add music to the logon screen of Windows XP. Like it would start immediately after the computer loads the startup after the boot logo. I want to add music in the screen where I type in the password and I want it to play until I hit a password and enter. Then it would stop.
Is there any possible way to do this? Thank You.

Also I was wondering if it was possible to open Windows XP to play that video when you first install XP and it gives you that nice video? Before the logon screen. Thanks.

I don't think you'd be able to add the music before the logon screen as it is not a supported function of the logonUI..unelss you somehow found the way to start the music as a service but it beats the hell outta me heheh.

Well I am good with HTML, and I think the templates for the loginscreen are HTML, so if I can find that, I can add the audio tag to play it. I just need to know how to find them templates.

the "Logonui.exe" is the app called, and the graphics are contained within it's own resources. Consequently you are able to modify the graphics, but would find it rather dificult to actually add anything without XP becoming upset.
If you do find a way please let me know, i'd be very interested.
