To install to a second pc, select registration by phone. Talk to the customer service rep and tell them you sold your first pc, fdisked/formatted the drive and wish to install you paid for copy of XP to the new computer. They will issue you a new key. MS is not really concerned about this type of piracy. It is stealing. You can choose to steal from MS or buy a second copy.
