i don't have this folder visable
Using "My Computer", navigate to the following folder:
F (or whatever drive is appropriate for you):\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Microsoft\Media Index ,is there any other way

(Application Data) i mean

Turn on the option to view hidden files and folders.

Go to My Computer, Tools, View, be sure "Show hidden files and folders" is enabled.
