Think maybe your title should say includes limited RAR support?

Reason: Winzip will only be able to open and extract RAR files not create them.

I like the new winzip site also. I use both winzip and winrar. I guess I could just use winrar, but, I like to take up space. Plus, I just love the winzip icon :)

I have to ask, is there a free extraction program (including RAR) that works with Vista?

As for Vista and WinZip: Corel WinZip will be releasing an updated version 11 in the coming month that includes support for Vista and new features to spice things up.

winzip is old hat; you can get utils like 7zip that extracts .zip files and much more.
