    I'm having some problems with the zip feature. (Another zip program messed it up).
    Is there a way I can remove them and reinstall? I'm thinking that might fix it.

    You might try reregistering the dll by going to Start - Run and type regsvr32 zipfldr.dll and click ok.

    None of those programs have the features of Zip Magic though (which I'm waiting on an XP version of)

    BTW, the error occurs when I try to create a zip folder.
    Here's the message:
    For Compressed (zipped) Folders to handle ZIP files correctly, the application associated with them must be Compressed (zipped) Folders. Currently this is not the case.

    Then is asks if I want to designate zipped folders as the application for handling zip files, but when I say yes it never works.

    I've removed every other zip program I have on my computer (except maybe for WinAce which I needed to open ace files).

    The solution to the problem

    Here's your solution :):

    Open up Command Prompt (Start>Run>cmd)

    Type in the following and press enter:
    assoc.zip=CompressedFolder

    Tell me how it goes ...
