Try Customizer XP (http://www.tweaknow.com/) set the Ram optimiser to keep 48Mb free.... works great

try this
you can probably solve the slow down issue by disableing all the unneeded services,and start up items you dont need, also if you need services but not while gaming, turn them off while gaming and back on after words.....

Has anyone found a fix for this yet. Did clearmem fix the problem.
I have an AMD Athlon 1800 and I get the same problem. I checked the CPU performance (In task manager) after I played each game and the CPU is still using 100% after some games and returns to 0%-5% after others (Normal).
I still don't know how to fix it though.
