Windows XP expiring password!!!

I need help with my WIN XP pro and I hope I can get it from you.

After a while I upgrade to WIn XP pro, just lately when I boot, Win is telling mw that in 12 days my password will expires!
What password is it referring to???

It's referring to the password set for you account. To remove the expiration:

START-->Control Panel-->Performance and Maintenance-->Administrative Tools-->Computer Management

Double-click on "Local Users and Groups"

Double click on "Users"

Right-click on your name and click "Properties." Then check the box that says "Password Never Expires."
