I got a new notebook PC with Windows Vista installed in it. And, the dealer did not provide me with any original Windows Vista CD/DVD. So, how do I backup an existing copy of the Windows Vista, so that I can restore it to my notebook, if I needed to format it in future? Please let me know.

Hmm, does your system have any hidden partitions?
You can check disk management under computer management

Also from what I understand you can obtain a copy of the media from a friend or on the internet and just be sure to use your key, which should be a sticker on your new PC. If you don't even have that, I would go back to your vendor and raise a stink.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
