Windows Update problem

I've never had problems with Windows Update (WinXP) before :eek:

Today I thought I'd check for updates and I am greeted with this message as usual:

Checking for the latest version of the Windows Update software...

Depending on your connection speed, this might take a minute. During this time, you may receive one or more security warnings. Review each security warning to ensure that the content is signed by Microsoft, and then click Install or Yes to install the software.


Then after that disappears, I get this:

[Error number: 0x80072F76]
Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the requested page. You may find the following resources helpful in resolving the problem:


The "helpful resources" were not helpful at all :(

Anyone here know how I can resolve this? :dead:
