windows update for msn virtual machine on logon

    i don't know what msn virtual machine is. doe's anyone? i'm on AOL not MSN. should i still D/L it? since i don't know what it is, i doubt i will log on. should i still D/L the update?

    one thing that I know is java applets will not work without it

    microsoft virtual machine will help your browser run java on websites regardless of the browser or isp that you use (aol/msn etc,etc). There is various software for running java this just happens to be microsoft's version. If you are using AOL and want to run java applet's you should d/l it........also since it is a recommended download on windows update I think it would be sensible to do so ;)
