Win DVR and language

I've got a PCI capture card and bundled with Win DVR software which I bought from the US and I remember when I first got it, I installed the software and it's working fine.Win DVR was running in English language albeit my XP Pro is English OS but regional language set to Japanese since using a japanese keyboard.One day, the pc crashed and I had to fresh install everything.All the softwares work fine and in English language except Win DVR., it's running in japanese.I've tried resetting my regional language and keyboard to US English then, again re install that software and still running in japanese instead of English as when I first had it.Could I see what is the reason and is there a way I turn back to English language ? Any help appreciated. Thanks

hmm do you have the winfast 2000 xp? i recently downloaded the new version of win DVR ftp://ftp.winfast.com.tw/tv_tuner/WinFast_PVR/application/040106/ALL_WinFastPVR_40102.exe

either that or is win dvr the one made by windvd? i used that its wierd.....

if its the leadtek one, install the new one which was just relieased 3weeks ago.
