Well, here's the thing, you will more then likely need a product activation for whatever version you are upgrading too. Your previous code will not work for newer versions.

I am not upgrading, but just converting my file system from Fat32 to NTFS

ohhh, then no. It won't require an activation code. Use Partition magic. It can do it no problem.

I don't have partion magic, but I was hoping to use the cmd prompt and convert it that way, like I think I put in my first post
