Will a Asus P4C800 Deluxe motherboard be good for...

Do you guys think a Asus P4C800 Deluxe mother board will be good for a Thermaltake case?

I pretty much want a fast mother board and and love this one, but i also want it to run good with the case i got.

I would like to get a 2.4 or 2.6 ghz P4 cpu and over clock it to around 3-3.2ghz also (if the mother board supports up to that high).

Or do you have any other suggestions for a mother board?

Yep, they'll be fine together
Great motherboard choice...together with a 2.6C, you should be expecting overclocks around 3.5ghz with some decent ram. Good luck
