Heres something id like to know, what is the best tweaking program for these hardware devices: Sound Card, Graphics Card and Processor. Ive seen alot but i havent found very good ones.

Graphics card - go to www.guru3d.com ... its got a lot of tweaking utilities, but be careful when u use them ... they can cause some serious hardware damage!

For the graphics card I like PowerStrip (although it's not free). For the processor, (I'm assuming CPU) Abit's SoftMenu III.

Yea, Powestrip is good for monitors and/or Graphics cards. I use it to get the highest refresh rate at 1280x1024 possible. What i dont have is that CPU program that you said, where can i get that at?

It is an Abit exclusive. You gotta get a Abit mobo and it's in the BIOS. Remember, if you're into OC'ing Abit is the way to go (my personal preference).
