    the only way you can achieve those speeds is to write to ram or a striped raid array. Gigabit ethernet will transfer at 125MB/sec as long as the storage device can keep up. Single disks are limited to between 25 and 50MB/sec sustained :)

    raid0 on server (well 2discs are sata on there other 2 ide) to

    sata drives on here
