Which is the best dual-layer dvd writer?

i was just about to say that, lite-on's cdwriters cant be beat, on the other hand their dvd writers can

ps. i bought some media yester day and i found it to be really good quality, supposed to be burnt at 4x but i forgot the setting on maximum, and it burnt at 8.3x and no problems what so ever i played the dvd on my pc, and my home player
