Where can I get my logonui.exe back?

I need to restore my original logonui.exe program or whatever it is, Wher ecna I get this? HELP!

If you only played around with the copy in 'Windows\System32' folder, then you should find an original copy in 'Windows/System32/DLLCache'
 
that happened to me so I did a system restore and it got the old one back. scary time waitin to see if it worked though.
