Whats good software to contol user accounts in xp?

Ok, well i was wondering, what good software is there out there to control user accounts in windows xp. I want to see what software is avalible out there. I would like to be able to limit how long a user can be on the computer, limit when they can be on there, what all they can do, etc.. basically i want to see what software there is out there to control user accounts in ways like that. I did a quick google search but came up pretty empty, i must be searching for the wrong think. Can anyone help me find something?
