What are these?

just wondering what these are? they are kinda big files and wondering what the use for them are

page files is your file which your virtual memory uses (do not delete)

and I'm assuming the other files is system state infromation used when the computer goes into hibernate.

You won't be able to delete the page file if you in the operating system from where the file originates. It is in use.

If the other is for hibernation & you don't use that feature you can turn off hibernation.

Control panel > Power Options > Hibernate.
If left on the hybernation reserves disk space equal to your RAM.

hiberfil.sys is used to store all the data on RAM to the hard disk in this file name, when you put the computer in hibernate mode.
