What all these ports?

Hiya all. I opened these ports on my smoothwall GPL box ages a go because I couldn't get Trillian to work but all is I needed to do in that was remove the XML file to work with the LAN.

Can some one tell me what all these ports do? I don't think I need them open because it might be compremising on security.

Thanks for the quick reply. Helped me secure and tidy up my smoothwall[.org] box there. One quick question. What ports do I need to open up for Yahoo.
